We price this service on a case-by-case basis.

We have found the best working relationships are with open-minded leaders, typically Chief Operating Officers, Vice Presidents or Directors that are responsible for attracting, training, and retaining employees for their entry-level positions. We have worked predominantly with contractor companies with employee sizes from 20-50+ employees and $5-$10 million in annual revenue.

The factors we include are:

  • The deliverables you do or do not already have for the job opening in question
  • The intricacies of the skills and experience required for the job opening in question
  • You and your team's cooperation in the planning, building, reviewing and coaching process

But typically, this program will run around $4,000 a month (so for 3 months, do the math, it's still better than outsourcing a recruiting agency or hiring a recruiter and technical writer in-house).
